How much is postage?

We charge a flat rate of $11.00 postage for orders up to 3kg.  If your order is over 3kg, we will advise you of freight prior to sending your parcel.

 

Can I get a Refund?

Xtralength is more than happy to refund or exchange items purchased if you are not happy with them for whatever reason. Minus the postage of course.

From date of receiving or purchasing clothes from XtraLength can exchange or refund up to one month. As long as item has not been worn or washed.

Damages/faults can be claimed up to six months. Damage/fault has to be from normal wear and tear of item. Clothing will not be replaced or exchanged if item is stretched excessively to fit. XtraLength clothing is not designed for work or sports wear (excluding gym pants that are great for sports wear). Excessive rubbing from either letting them grag on the ground or constant rubbing between thighs will eventually wear the material.

 

Can I order from outside of Australia?

We accept orders and enquiries from just about anywhere.  Please contact us for freight charges prior to ordering if you are located outside of Australia.

 

Is ordering online safe?

As part of the XtraLength website, our online order process is highly secure and your personal details are thoroughly safeguarded. We utilise the PayPal online payment facility. PayPal is a global leader in online payment solutions with 78 million account members worldwide.
